Hey FP! Here to liven up this really alive blog and to remind you guys on what to do again!
Kay, so MF asked each patrol to think of the following and to remind you guys for Thinking Day!
1. Start saving up for Thinking Day Pennies!
2. Research on what activities Hawaiian (that you guys chose) Guides do in Hawaii that we, Cedar Guides do not do. So we can tell the other patrols about them during the wednesday MF talked about. If we can teach the Guides what the H. Guides do, it will be good too. Materials budget: To confirm with Miss Chin. (If necessary)
3. Patrol Corner: Suppose to have weekly basis some in charge. Think of a topic to dicsuss during patrol corner during guides session. Next week is Vernice, followed by Vivian and Farizan, then the Sec Threes okay (:
4. Brainstorm on ideas for the tentative Malaysian Guides Visit on the 19thFeb (yes, it's camp day). Like eg: Cedar cheers, singing session etc.

hello.
This is regarding our patrol cip.
As you know, we can only combine with patrols of the same coy, so we cant combine with orchid anymore.
and, as for the decoration cip, mdm faridah say it's kind of exploiting right?
so do you still want to continue this?

so choose one of the following:
1. continue with the deco cip with another coy2 patrol
2. continue with the deco cip but just our patrol.
3. continue with the deco cip (just fp) and we make a patrol tee so that we can wear for cip.
4. change cip and do it with another coy2 patrol
5. change cip but just within our patrol
6. change cip n have it within our patrol and we make a patrol tee.

PLS TAKE NOTE:
1. if we are going childcare, we will have to stop our cip if there's any outbreak of diseases.
2. if we continue deco cip, i'm not too sure whether we can obtain 30hours
3. PLS RMB THAT WE CAN ONLY COMBINE WITH COY2 PATROL.

Heyy FP! (:

As you all should know, today was our Carnival! :D We had two games, and I think we made quite a lot of money, good business! Our prizes ran out! Tsk, we almost had to close shop early. Haha, but yeap, it was fun right? The food, the games and stuff other Guides sold (: It suddenly started raining and our bags were drenched, plus the decorations in non-permanent markers smudged and looked horrible! Plus got squishy mud on the floor :O Haha, but it was coool. Flowerpecker had duty for Law of Gravity right? Dropping coins into cups. Quite easy to win though (:

Anyway, before the whole carnival started, we had our funny//weird patrol outing! (: Me, Vignes, Vernice and Vivien didn't go off with the rest (Rest of FP, Jasmine and Sunflower) at first until we were told to go find them. Haha, met them at J8. Vignes was hungry and wanted to eat Mcdonalds, so all of us went there. Saw other patrols too, plus the seniors. Took some cool pictures with Barney & Friends on the little car thing. Shall post some pictures later from Luoting. Took Circle Line too, and took many un-glam photos! :( Haha, I shall post them all up!

so, farewell 20o9 went off smoothly ytd.

and, again, every year, it just went pass. full of tears and sadness but after a while, it will be fine.

Today was very eventful & interesting don't you think so? It was the official launch of the

EVERGREEN FOOD GARDEN!

I think it was such an exhuasting day, running here and there and doing so many things. But I think all of us pesevered and made it through (with occasional press photos). Goodjob everybody!

Remember to check THE STRAITS TIMES, Lianhe Zaobao & the Malay newspaper (I forgot the name) for some pictures of today's event and maybe some of us too! I think we'll get to see of us from Flowepecker, because we all took pictures!

Today's (Saturday) news Channel 8 at 6:30pm showed the garden, and Luoting & Melinda with some aunties & uncles. I recorded the Channel U one too, but it showed the same thing.

yes i'm back again(= i see no reason why this blog shld die..ppl pls post will ya?)=if not only a pathetic small number of people post..is a very sad thing..though common tests are coming and mid years for sec 3s and prelims for sec 4s..nvm..hmmm..the launch of the garden is this saturday! are you all prepared?(= jiayoujiayous k(=
sigh..it still back to only the few of us tagging and blogging.come on sec 1s!! must come also..most free ones rite?? lol..jkjk..everyone's busy..just that i still take time to blog here:D hehe..
guess what happened today at gardening stuff?..me and 2 other sec 2s from sparrow wanted to go finish the sign boards and guess wah happened?.....the newspapers were all stuck to the sign boards and the words were like practically embedded onto it..we were like scrubbing aand all.but nothing happened. so we had to go buy paint. and then there was this paper with all the plant names and it flew into the drain and it was all wet and the highlighter(yellow) dissolved into the water...we left it on the table..then we went to buy the paint.so thats how it could fly away..
then the paint got messy and some other stuff happened(= i'm not saying(=hehe..
hmmm..tent pitching for sec 2 coy 2 tmr.)= i have to miss it)=nvr mind.. next time i still can learn..
eh..anyone have anything interesting?i think i'm too boring a person..lol
oh ..the slovenian guy..i think he was pretty much freaked out by my class..so freaked out that he only joined us for 2 periods..then he joined 2a again..hahas..i think that my class is really extreme..i seriously pity him...since many ppl went gaga over him..when there are much better things to like(=

hello people, march holiday is coming to an end soon. today is the last day and tmr, all the irritating exams and boring lessons will be back. okay, kidding. i should say we will be able to meet up with our friends again and have guides sessions. :)

I think it was very fun & enjoyable!
I'm camp-sick now.
I miss camp so much! :(

All of us learnt new skills & had a great time!

So sad. & my mortal had to leave camp on the 2nd day! :( :(

Patrol Shirt!

Hey guys!
Okay, so this is just to let all of you know that we're getting a patrol shirt. Last guides session not everyone came, and we came up with some rough ideas and stuff. So, coming Wednesday, it would be good if you brought some designs and ideas for the shirt okay! The main idea is that the shirt is gonna be black, with the word flowerpecker, and maybe our names on it. It's supposed to be something simple, and not too flashy, so we can like wear it outside or whatever. Oh, and we're gonna have a patrol outing after EYE's to east coast park and to parkway. Yup, that's about it.

c) water disposal in Singapore
d) a endangered animal and how it is being protected.

common test over! so i can blog now.
since i wanted this blog, i need to update it and keep it alive as much as possibe or it will be juz useless...

blog about today's guides session!
sec 2 coy 2 did box oven while sec 1 did firelighting n sec 3s teaching and help.
box oven was fun and was such a miracle tt the box oven we made which was tearing apart managed to survive thru the whole cooking part n was still in a good condition!
haha, ours e best! canit judge sth by its look! it may not look perfect but it is actually when u get to know it better! xD
anyway, sabrina missed the fun as she was in NDP! proud of her! haha
i went to do firelighting to have ember for our box oven to cook food! n so...my eyes was teary and nose was blocked and juz couldn't open my eyes! however, it was a success and FUN! haha.
miaoxiang help too! she put the sand on top! xP
i was actually a miracle tt a box wif aluminium foil pasted all over can cook food plus BAKE CHOC CAKE!
we cook bread, choc cake, chicken!
and we ate it! it taste okay!

p.s i lost my fork n spoon! it's a pair which is yellowish-orange at the base! any1 saw it! cos it actually belong to one big set of all these fork n spoon n now, without tt it will b incomplete set...

ok..this person posting here is a different person frm the previous one who posted..which in fact wrote all the post?eh..i agree that tis blog is dead..the onli person keeping this blog alive is apparently luoting...who was also the one who created this blog...must say thank you to her=)..

i'm sure some ppl remembers this terrapin...apparently we had to keep it for 2 weeks for friends to animals profi badge...and it has died..one day before the assignment was due..?the camp was really enjoyable..i still miss it...though it has already been 2 days?for those who went...which part was most enjoyable?i think its the night walk and drainwalking..though the second activity was..rather icky..luoting is really nice to volunteer to go into the drain to hold on to the ladder even though she's not incharge of that station...
